Free Self-Care Tips

Many of the clients we serve (and the ones we don't) have limited access to finances. But there are options for taking care of yourself, your mental wellness, and your physical self.

Self-care doesn’t have to mean spending money. In fact, some of the best self-care practices are free of charge and are available to you at any time, anywhere.


  1. Go for a walk.

  2. Write in a journal.

  3. Read a book.

  4. Clean your home.

  5. Take a nap.

  6. Drink more water.

  7. Shut off your phone.

  8. Color in a coloring book.

  9. Practice yoga.

  10. Watch a comedy.
