As an agency that supports victims of intimate partner violence (IPV), JCADA knows that sexual assault is often one of the tactics abusers use to control their partners.  JCADA created Teal Shabbat to shine a light on the darkness of intimate partner violence and to show victims that they are not alone. JCADA is here to help!

By participating in Teal Shabbat communities across the Greater Washington Area are identifying themselves as safe spaces for those impacted by sexual and domestic violence.

Click here and let us know how your community can participate! We offer materials, guidance, and communication tools to help. Questions? Email lily@jcada.org

Interested in learning what the Torah can teach us about sexual violence? Join Friends of JCADA virtually on Wednesday, April 6, 12:00 - 1:00 for a meaningful discussion with two local rabbis.  Register here.
