April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)
Honor Teal Shabbat any shabbos in April!
As an agency that supports victims of intimate partner violence (IPV), JCADA knows that sexual assault is often one of the way abusers use to control their partners. JCADA created Teal Shabbat to shine a light on the tactics of intimate partner violence and to show victims that they are not alone. JCADA is here to help!
By participating in Teal Shabbat communities across the Greater Washington Area are identifying themselves as safe spaces for those impacted by sexual and domestic violence.
